Shipping Method and Time
We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to choose from:

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Usually takes 1-3 business days.
Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the same day to guarantee next day delivery.
Shipping time does not include order processing time, and the specific delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping service provider.

Tracking Order
All shipped orders will be provided with a tracking number, and you can track the status of your package in real time through the “My Orders” page or the tracking link of the shipping service provider.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Changing and Cancelling Orders
